FAQ’s

Here Are Some of our Frequently Asked Questions:

How long does treatment last?

The length of treatment varies by person and by service. For your reference, we have included the average length of treatment for each of our services. Partial hospitalization program (PHP) typically lasts 2-4 weeks. Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) will usually last anywhere from 90-180 days. Outpatient programming (OP) will likely last an additional 90-180 days. Again, all treatment times vary and are strictly based on the individual’s needs.

Am I able to only join your outpatient program?
We require all of our clients to start off at the IOP level of programming. The nature of addiction usually means that our clients need more clinical touch points per week to start rather than less. With that in mind, if a client is excelling in our program and needs to reduce their level of care sooner than 90 days, we will consider this on a case by case basis.
What happens if I relapse?
Soulful Recovery treats relapse events on a case by case basis. Our leadership team is of the mindset that if you were in remission from cancer and it came back, your doctor would provide you with treatment options. Substance use treatment should be no different. With that said, each client and event will be addressed with the merits of each situation. If it’s determined that you need a higher level of care, our team will help make the arrangements to find you an appropriate program.
What are the expectations for group therapy?
We expect all of our clients to show up to programming on time and ready to participate in their therapy session. This includes: keeping your camera on for the duration of the meeting, minimizing distractions, and not multitasking. If we have repeat problems with some of these behaviors, our clients may be put on a behavioral care plan or recommended for an in person program.
What time are group and individual therapy?
Our individual therapy sessions are flexible and depend on both our therapists and staff’s availability. Our group times vary based on which group you are assigned. During your intake meeting, our staff will provide you with our group schedule and you can determine which group best fits your availability.
What if I don’t have insurance?
If you or your loved one do not have insurance or we cannot take your insurance policy, we can do one of three things. Firstly, we offer a cash pay option. If this is something that might be within your means, contact our admissions team to learn more about our rates. Secondly, we can apply for a single case agreement if there are not any treatment resources in your area. Lastly, we occasionally offer part or full scholarships depending on the client and their needs.
