Telehealth Services
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth addiction treatment is a form of addiction treatment that utilizes technology to deliver therapy and support remotely. Most telehealth programs provide virtual one on one counseling, group therapy meetings, medication management, and more. Our telehealth services are available for use throughout the Colorado region.
Studies have shown that telehealth addiction treatment can be effective for individuals struggling with substance abuse and other addictive behaviors. However, the effectiveness may vary depending on the individual’s needs and the scope of the treatment provided. It’s important to speak with a healthcare professional to determine if telehealth treatment is an appropriate option for your specific situation.
What We Provide
Group Therapy
Group therapy is essential in addiction treatment, offering peer support and reducing the isolation that often accompanies recovery. Participants gain insights from others’ experiences, build accountability, and develop interpersonal skills within a supportive environment. Sharing struggles creates meaningful connections that strengthen the recovery journey. Group settings also cultivate hope as participants witness the progress and sustained sobriety of their peers.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides personalized care to address underlying trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the specific triggers that fuel addiction. The confidential one-on-one format allows for deeper exploration of personal history and sensitive issues without the dynamics of group interaction. Our therapists apply evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, customizing treatment to each person’s unique circumstances and developing individualized coping strategies for lasting recovery.
Case Management
Our case managers serve as recovery coaches and resource navigators, providing comprehensive support throughout your recovery journey. As recovery coaches, they offer practical, day-to-day guidance and accountability during early sobriety and life transitions. Drawing on personal recovery experience, they provide non-clinical support to help you establish goals, build healthy routines, and connect with community resources. As resource navigators, case managers connect clients with essential services including medical providers, employment support, resume assistance, and life skills training. They also coordinate with external stakeholders such as referral sources, legal professionals, and family members.

About Our Alumni Program
At Soulful Recovery, we recognize that a robust alumni program is vital to sustained recovery. The transition from treatment to independent living during early recovery is a vulnerable time, and having an alumni coordinator available for support can make the difference between maintaining long-term sobriety and experiencing relapse. For this reason, we integrate our alumni program into each client’s treatment plan from the very first day. Before discharge, every client meets with our alumni coordinator to establish a relationship and begin building their post treatment support network while still in the structured treatment environment. Following successful completion of our program, clients gain access to our virtual alumni meetings. These sessions are typically held in the evening and incorporate both traditional 12 step formats and open conversational discussions. We invite all eligible alumni to actively participate in our program and stay connected with their recovery community through our dedicated app platform.
CRAFT Family Programming
When participating in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) at Soulful Recovery, family members can expect a comprehensive, evidence-based approach designed to support both their loved one’s recovery and their own wellbeing. CRAFT is a skills based program that teaches positive communication strategies, boundary setting techniques, and behavioral management tools. Family members learn to recognize triggers for substance use, reinforce sober behaviors through positive reinforcement, and identify appropriate moments to suggest treatment, all while prioritizing their own self-care and mental health. The program has been shown to reduce depression, anxiety, and anger in participants, regardless of whether their loved one enters treatment. Unlike confrontational intervention approaches, CRAFT emphasizes non-judgmental support and practical strategies that strengthen family relationships while promoting recovery.
