Andrew Sterling is a dedicated professional who has found his purpose in helping others through his work in the treatment industry and the disability community. Born and raised in Florida, Andrew’s journey began when he pursued higher education at the University of Boulder – Colorado, where he studied psychology. It was during his time at college that he discovered his passion for understanding and assisting individuals with disabilities.

After graduating, Andrew embarked on a career that allowed him to work directly with people who had various disabilities. He found that within this community, addiction was a prevalent issue that required attention and support. Drawing from his own personal experiences with addiction during his younger years, Andrew felt a deep sense of empathy and connection with the individuals he served. His firsthand knowledge of overcoming addiction provided him with a unique perspective and the ability to relate to those struggling with similar challenges.

For nearly eight years, Andrew has dedicated himself to serving the disability community, providing care, and advocating for their needs. His commitment to this cause led him to take on a new role as a consultant for addiction treatment facilities in 2021. Recognizing the opportunity to make a greater impact, Andrew, together with Grant, made the decision to establish their own treatment facility in 2023.

In his spare time, Andrew finds solace and rejuvenation by immersing himself in nature. He cherishes moments spent with his wife and beloved dogs, exploring the great outdoors. Andrew’s passion for travel has taken him to over 20 countries, allowing him to experience different cultures and broaden his perspectives.

Having personally struggled with addiction in his youth, he understands the challenges and the journey to recovery on a deep level. Andrew’s own triumph over addiction has fueled his desire to provide the same level of support, care, and opportunities that he received during his formative years.
