Grant first gained an affinity for working with clients while working as an EMT and firefighter in high school. While in college he worked at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health as a direct care provider. During this time, he learned to interact and support clients with mental health disorders. Toward the end of his college career, he joined a tech startup where he created their human resources and customer success program. Around this time, Grant began struggling with marijuana use. He ended up completing his degree in psychology and philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder. After graduating, he struggled for several years to maintain a job and contribute positively to society. After trying multiple treatment centers, he finally found long term sobriety through a sober living facility in Massachusetts

When Grant moved back to Colorado, he became a consultant and learned how to license facilities, create strategic relationships, establish websites/digital presence and more. After he helped several outpatient facilities open, he decided to create his own.

Grant is passionate about providing a unique and supportive treatment setting for all people who are struggling with substance use disorders. In his spare time, you can find him outdoors. Grant loves to spend his free time skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, hiking and playing guitar.
